Crystal Matthews, LMHP, LADC
Crystal  received a Masters in Community Counseling from Wayne State College. She has over 10 years of experience in the helping profession and has been providing outpatient counseling services to individuals and families since 2008. She is licensed as a Mental Health Practitioner and Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of Nebraska. Crystal has experience working with individuals who have experienced domestic violence, anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment issues, and substance abuse issues. She is also a Nebraska Registered Provider with the Criminal Justice System.

Chelsa Thompson, LIMHP, LMHP, CPC
​Chelsa received a Masters in Human Services Mental Health Counseling and a Masters of Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University. Chelsa has worked in the human services field for 10 years while providing outpatient counseling services since 2011. Chelsa provides individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of problems. She is also trained to provide PCIT (Parent Child Interaction Therapy) to children ages 2-7. Chelsa is also a Nebraska Registered Provider with the Criminal Justice System and a Student Assistance Program Therapist on campus at Columbus Central Community College. 

Melissa Griffin, LIMHP, LADC, CPC
Melissa received a Masters in Community Counseling from University of Nebraska-Kearney.  She has been working in the human services field since 2004 and providing therapy services since 2012.  She is licensed as an Independent Mental Health Practitioner, Licensed Mental Health Practitioner and an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Melissa has experience with co-occurring disorders, complex trauma, depression, and severe and persistent mental health issues.  She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy.  She is also a Nebraska Registered Provider with the Criminal Justice System.  Melissa accepts most all insurance.  

Alicia Kuester, LIMHP, LMHP, CPC
Alicia received a Masters in Human Services Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University as well as a Masters in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University.  Alicia has been working in the human services field for 10 years and providing outpatient counseling services since 2011. Alicia provides PCIT (Parent Child Interaction) services to children 2-7 years of age. She also provides therapy to children, adolescents and adults, as well as conducting individual, family and couples counseling.  Alicia is also a Nebraska Registered Provider with the Criminal Justice System and a Student Assistance Program Therapist on campus at Columbus Central Community College.​
