Crystal Matthews, LMHP, LADC
Crystal  received a Masters in Community Counseling from Wayne State College. She has been providing counseling services for 10 years. She is licensed as a Mental Health Practitioner and Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of Nebraska. Crystal has experience working with individuals who have experienced domestic violence, anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment issues, and substance abuse issues. She is also a Nebraska Registered Provider with the Criminal Justice System.

MBH currently has four therapists providing outpatient counseling services. They are all very passionate about what they do! Feel free to call and speak to any of them!

Kelli Parsons, LIMHP, LCSW
Kelli received a Masters in Social Work at University of Kansas.  She has been providing therapy services for 8 years.  She is licensed as an Independent Mental Health Practitioner, Licensed Mental Health Practitioner and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Kelli has experience providing mental health treatment in inpatient and outpatient settings.  She is providing outpatient counseling to pre-adolescents, adolescents, adults and families. Kelli has experience addressing a variety of concerns and has done extensive work with individuals that have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, self-harm and suicidal ideation.

Melissa Griffin, LIMHP, LADC, CPC
Melissa received a Masters in Community Counseling from University of Nebraska-Kearney.  She has been providing therapy services for 6 years.  She is licensed as an Independent Mental Health Practitioner, Licensed Mental Health Practitioner and an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Melissa has experience with co-occurring disorders, complex trauma, depression, and severe and persistent mental health issues.  She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy.  She is also a Nebraska Registered Provider with the Criminal Justice System.  Melissa accepts most all insurance.  

Chelsa Thompson, LIMHP, LMHP, CPC
​Chelsa received a Masters in Human Services Mental Health Counseling and a Masters of Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University. She is the owner of Mental and Behavioral Health and has been providing counseling services for 7 years. Chelsa provides individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of problems, including behavioral, depression, anxiety and adjustment issues. She is also trained to provide PCIT (Parent Child Interaction Therapy) to children ages 2-7. Chelsa is also a Nebraska Registered Provider with the Criminal Justice System and a Student Assistance Program Therapist on campus at Columbus Central Community College.
