Melissa Griffin, LIMHP, LADC
Melissa received a Masters in Community Counseling from University of Nebraska-Kearney. She has been providing therapy services for 8 years. She is the owner/clinical director of Mental & Behavioral Health. She is licensed as an Independent Mental Health Practitioner, Licensed Mental Health Practitioner and an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Melissa has experience with co-occurring disorders, complex trauma, depression, and severe and persistent mental health issues. She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy. She is also a Nebraska Registered Provider with the Criminal Justice System. Melissa also provides clinical supervision.
MBH currently has four therapists providing outpatient counseling services. They are all very passionate about what they do! Feel free to call and speak to any of them!
Kelli Parsons, LIMHP, LCSW
Kelli received a Masters in Social Work at University of Kansas. She has been providing therapy services for 8 years. She is licensed as an Independent Mental Health Practitioner, Licensed Mental Health Practitioner and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Kelli has experience providing mental health treatment in inpatient and outpatient settings. She is providing outpatient counseling to pre-adolescents, adolescents, adults and families. Kelli has experience addressing a variety of concerns and has done extensive work with individuals that have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, self-harm and suicidal ideation.
Danielle provides office management and clinical support to Mental and Behavioral Health. She started in November 2018 and has been a huge asset behind the scenes!
Crystal Matthews, LMHP, LADC
Crystal received a Masters in Community Counseling from Wayne State College. She has been providing counseling services for over 10 years. She is licensed as a Mental Health Practitioner and Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of Nebraska. Crystal has experience working with individuals who have experienced domestic violence, anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment issues, and substance abuse issues. She is also a Nebraska Registered Provider with the Criminal Justice System.
Julianne Laudenklos, PLMHP
Julianne received a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wayne State College. She completed her internship with Mental & Behavioral Health and is now licensed as a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner. Prior to working at Mental & Behavioral Health, Julianne worked as a Job Coach/Life Skills Tech at ESU7, as well as a Family Support Worker and Respite Service Provider for adults and children with developmental disabilities. She works with a wide range of ages.
